Sole-source items mean long leads and no price competition. The fix is a second approved source, and getting one approved is a process we run end to end.
We target sole-source NSNs where a qualified alternate would matter: recurring demand, long lead times, and a technical data path we can close.
We assemble the alternate-source package to the acquiring activity's source approval requirements: drawings, materials, process documentation, and test data.
We submit and manage the source approval request through the acquiring activity, answering technical questions until the alternate is qualified.
Once approved, we supply the item: first-article inspection, material certifications, mil-spec packaging, and on-time contract execution.
